Zumba
Zumba is a fusion of dance and workout; it is a class full of
energy, great music and a good mood. It combines dynamic Latin
American music and exotic Latin American dances together with
aerobic elements. As we stick to the principle that workout in a
Zumba class should be entertaining and easy, you will be amazed by
the great music and party atmosphere. Fast and slow rhythms
alternate as well as step variations from dances, such as salsa,
merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, flamenco, cha-cha-cha, samba, calypso,
belly dance and many more. Zumba is an exercise during which you
work out and sweat without knowing it. You will finish your class
with a smile on your face, and what is more – you will burn
superfluous calories and tone your muscles – namely the buttocks,
legs, arms, tummy and the most important muscle – the heart.
