Morning Vinyasa Yoga
This is a morning yoga class focused on the exercise and aeration of the entire body in a dynamic style with a character similar to ashtanga vinyasa yoga, but with many variations of different asanas (positions). You are gradually working on the opening of individual body parts and the development of individual asanas. Ujjai pranayama and bandhas are used, similarly to the ashtanga vinyasa yoga sequences, due to their amazing curative and therapeutic effect, which is undoubtedly the best start to the day.
Ujjai Pranayama
Ujjai is a special breathing technique which gives you control and
access to Prana (universal life energy). Owing to ujjai, the body
increases its temperature, circulation and aeration of the body
improves, the body detoxifies and gets rid of excess fat. Ujjai
helps to focus our mind on the present.
Practising difficult yoga sequences may seem as to be the result of enormous muscle endurance; however, the muscles are strong owing to the ujjai pranayama.
Bandha
These are very gentle techniques, partially achievable through
physical activity but mainly through concentration. In particular,
it is a contraction of the lower pelvis and contraction of the
solar plexus.
