Gravidyoga is an exercise tailored for mums-to-be. It represents a way of keep oneself in shape throughout the entire pregnancy and keeping one’s inner balance.

Gravidyoga helps to strengthen the back, which is significantly burdened during pregnancy, it eliminates pains in the back, helps to regulate blood pressure, improves blood circulation, contributes to correct digestion, works preventively against varicose veins, strengthens the body and makes it flexible. At the same time, it has a positive effect on the mind of the mum-to-be as well as on the development of the baby itself. The exercise also contains several breathing techniques - so-called pranayama, which represent a preparation for the delivery itself and the relaxation which contributes to mental well-being.

We would like to ask the mums-to-be who sign up for gravidyoga to inform the instructor at the first lesson about their length of pregnancy and general health condition. We would like to welcome also mums-to-be who have never exercised yoga before.
