Funky Aerobics
Funky aerobics belongs among endurance cardiovascular exercises
on a dance-aerobic basis. This exercise is focused on the
improvement of fitness, movement coordination as well as
orientation in space. Its basis is funky or commercial middle tempo
music, creating a congenial “party” atmosphere.
A characteristic feature of funky aerobics is the choreography as
well as the hip hop, jazz, funky and street dance styles. Finally,
we have to note that it is not important to do extraordinary
exercises during this class, but to do rather ordinary exercises in
an extraordinary manner.
