Exercise for Mothers with Children (1-3 years old)
During the class, activities for the release of energy are used
with alternated activities focusing on the child and activities
carried out by adults and children together. The class is
accompanied by songs and various aids. It is important that the
class is pleasant because the adults as well as the children can
sometimes have a bad day. On one day they are interested in
everything and on the other in nothing at all...
The workout has several benefits for the child: it supports the
child’s motor development and movement coordination, it helps the
child to release accumulated energy and helps the child to become
used to a group of people.
