Street Jazz
Street Jazz combines elements of several dance styles, and originated with their mutual overlap. It contains elements of ballet, funk or hip hop. It is a mix of step variations, turns, often with an acrobatic taste. All you have to do is be carried away by the music, uncurb your own dance creativity and engage all senses.
Street Jazz does not put emphasis on technique – there is no
such thing as an evaluation of motions as bad or technically
impure, the terms used are individuality and energy. Through dance
postures and dynamic movement, you will learn how to develop the
isolated use of individual body parts and you will improve your
movement expression.
