Krumping is mainly an improvised free style usually danced
during battles and therefore it rarely involves choreography It is
not often seen on stage; it is aggressive and danced to aggressive
music allowing the dancer to release his/her rage It is danced in
an upright position and is characterized by swift, expressive and
exaggerated movements The youths who developed krumping saw the
dance as a way to release their rage and frustration in a
non-violent way
