PortDeBras® is a harmonizing workout for those who like to discover new movement workouts and enjoy dance. The cool music and aesthetic fluent movement with a focus on the body intensify the experience.

IVA MOJŽÍŠKOVÁ
is an accomplished presenter of aerobics, dance aerobics, step aerobics and PortDeBras. Her achievements include 2nd place at the World Championship in Russia (2008), 1st place at the Czech Republic Championship (2009) and 3rd place at the World Championship in Martinique (2009). In addition to teaching aerobics, she works as a children’s instructor of sports gymnastics and sports aerobics in Ostrava.

HELENA BALLOVÁ
gives regular PortDeBras lessons at Riverpark Dance School and practices Pilates.
