Bela 

Bela is a dance interpreter, instructor and choreographer. She graduated from the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava with a specialization in Modern Dance Pedagogy. From 1993 to 2003 she was a member of Bralen Dance Theatre and in 2003 she has worked there as a part time instructor. She has also performed in musical productions in Slovakia and the Czech Republic (Some Like It Hot, Hamlet, Queen of the Gypsies, Cleopatra, Hair, The Pied Piper of Hamelin, Zorba the Greek, West Side Story). She has cooperated with the choreographer Ján Ďurovčík for years and now is a soloist at the Slovak Dance Theatre, where she has appeared in dance performances such as Romeo and Juliet, Bolero – príbeh matky (Bolero – The Tale of a Mother), Vták Ohnivák, IMT SMILE a SDT, GASP and CARMEN.
 
She has created excellent choreographies for established, amateur and dance theatres in the Czech Republic and Slovakia (Městské Divadlo Zlín theatre – Šumař na střeše, The Master and Margarita, Man of La Mancha, Lemonade Joe, Cabaret, Divadlo Andreja Bagara theatre in Nitra – Aj kone sa strieľajú, Divadlo Bolka Polívky theatre – Kosa, Motýlek, Švandovo Divadlo theatre – Woycek, Midsummer Night’s Dream, and for the Slovak National Theatre – Partybre(a)kers, Čarovná Flauta, Divadlo Nová Scéna theatre – Zimná rozprávka). She choreographed the charity project Hniezda záchrany and the musical RENT. She has also done choreographies for Allegro Dance Group (Aj tak všetko dokopy, Jej dcéry) and the Dance All Stars dance group. She teaches dance at the Summer School in Luhačovice and in Bratislava.
