Dee has been dancing since she was eleven when she became a member of the Bralen Dance Theatre in Bratislava. It was there that she learned to respect and love dance and became acquainted with the jazz dance technique and the techniques of Martha Graham, Lester Horton, José Limón and others. She later graduated from a dance conservatory where she attended lessons of classical, folk, character and modern dance.During her studies, she danced in musicals at the Andrej Bagar Theatre in Nitra. You can see her in the musicals “Adam Šangala” and “Sweet Charity.” Dee is also a recent graduate of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. She also works as an instructor at several dance workshops. Her favorite dance styles include contemporary, jazz, Reggaeton and the José Limón dance techniques.

She became acquainted with salsa and Afro-Cuban folklore when she met the people who opened these new horizons for her. Dee was “reborn” and salsa became her new lifestyle. She taught Cuban salsa in the Amigos dance group, in which she's a member, and she learned Afro-Cuban dances from accomplished dancers, Doris Martinez and Leon Bembo, with whom she cooperates. She has taken part in workshops with renowned instructors, such as Alberto Valdes, Lien Ramos, Roly Maden, Barbarita Jimenez, Yunaisy Farray, Elloy Leyva, Tomasito Santamaria, Enmanuel Figuera, Emir Garzia, Alexander Carbo, Rafael Guardiola and others.
